Trevor started re-enacting in domestic civil war roles at Basing House in Hampshire. He joined Renaissance Footnotes in 1998. Since that time he has participated in many re-enactment events with Renaissance Footnotes, Hungerford Household, and at the Kentwell Tudor recreation. He has also performed semi-professionally at Hampton Court Palace as a costumed interpreter. He recently learnt to play Renaissance recorder (alto and bass) in order to accompany the dances at some events.
Trevor became the treasurer of the group in 2001 and also looks after the web site. He is interested in photography and took a number of the pictures on the web site. His re-enactment interests apart from music and dance are period writing and historical books and documents. He has bound a number of books for re-enactment purposes and has also constructed some pieces of tudor furniture.
